Sr. P.C. Treasa, DMI, is a seasoned educationist and community development professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in India and East Africa. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development and has extensive experience in formation training, language instruction, and socio-pastoral work. In addition, she has effectively led roles in finance, administration, and project coordination. Her unwavering commitment to the empowerment of marginalized communities is supported by strong academic credentials and participation in international seminars on project management, anti-trafficking, and financial governance. Currently based in Tanzania, she is widely respected for her adaptability, leadership, and passion for inclusive and transformative education.

Mr. Evance Lyaruu is a passionate and experienced head teacher from Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, with over nine years of service in primary education. He holds a Teaching Certificate from Arizona Teachers College and a Diploma in Primary Education. Currently serving as the Head Teacher at St. Joseph Global School in Dar es Salaam, he has previously held leadership roles in various schools, combining academic instruction with school management. Mr. Lyaruu is known for fostering inclusive classrooms, integrating technology in learning, and promoting critical thinking and literacy among students. As an active member of TAPSHA, he continually updates his professional skills through workshops and aims to influence educational policy and improve teaching practices for the benefit of all learners.

Ms. Esther Fredy Mkende is a committed academic teacher from Arusha, Tanzania, with over 10 years of experience in primary education. She earned her Teaching Certificate from Vikindu Teachers College and currently serves as an academic teacher at St. Joseph Global School in Kibamba, Dar es Salaam. Esther has taught in various English Medium Schools, handling multiple subjects while also serving in roles such as academic coordinator and social welfare teacher. Her creative interests in singing, drawing, and child-friendly activities enhance her classroom engagement. Known for her dedication, organizational skills, and student-centered approach, she continues to inspire young learners while contributing to academic planning and school development.

Sport Teacher

Mr. Hamis S. Mgaza is a dedicated sports and games teacher from Pwani, Tanzania, currently serving at St. Joseph Global School. Born in 1990, he holds a degree from Tumaini University Makumira in Arusha. With a strong background in both academics and physical education, Mr. Mgaza has previously served at Mount Olives School and Bwawani Primary School, where he also held responsibilities in student discipline. Known for his passion for student development through sports, he promotes teamwork, discipline, and physical well-being, playing a vital role in nurturing holistic growth among learners.
