School Rules and Regulations for Primary Education

At SJGS, we aim to foster responsibility, cooperation, and academic success through a respectful and safe environment.

1. Respect and Behavior

  • Respect Others: Be kind to classmates, teachers, and staff. No bullying or harassment.
  • Use Appropriate Language: Speak politely and respectfully at all times.
  • Keep Hands and Feet to Yourself: Maintain personal boundaries.
  • Be Responsible: Own your actions, learning, and belongings.

2. Classroom Conduct

  • Follow Directions from all school staff.
  • Raise Your Hand to ask or answer questions.
  • Stay Focused and avoid unnecessary talking or distractions.
  • Honesty: Do your own work; academic honesty is expected.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Arrive on Time. Late students must report to the office.
  • Be Prepared with all books and materials for the day.

4. Uniform and Appearance

  • Wear proper school uniform: neat, clean, and as per school policy.

5. Property and Environment

  • Respect School Property: Avoid damaging furniture, books, or school items.
  • Leave Valuables at Home: No toys or electronics unless allowed.

6. Recess and Safety

  • Stay in Designated Play Areas and follow safety rules.
  • Follow Emergency Procedures calmly during drills or real situations.

7. Hygiene and Cleanliness

  • Wash hands before meals and after restroom use.
  • Use good manners in lunchroom and clean your space after eating.

8. Participation and Support

  • Participate in class activities with a respectful attitude.
  • Ask for Help when needed from teachers or trusted adults.
  • Report Problems like bullying or unsafe behavior immediately.
